1 Definitions

The following terms, when used in these Terms and Conditions, carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the sund4d platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. The platform operates a strict 21+ policy with zero tolerance for underage access.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by sund4d or any affiliated responsible gaming program.
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of a third party when registering an account or placing wagers.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where doing so does not violate any local law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you personally.
• You must not have had a previous sund4d account closed, suspended, or terminated for cause by the platform.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. sund4d accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a Player's misrepresentation of their eligibility status.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the sund4d platform at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and at any subsequent point when sund4d requests updated information. The information provided must include your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your current Indonesian mobile phone number, a valid personal email address, and your date of birth. sund4d is not responsible for any losses or complications arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sund4d login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs within your account while you are logged in — or while your credentials are being used — is deemed to have been authorized by you. sund4d accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify sund4d support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. Do not attempt to access a compromised account before contacting support.

3.4 KYC Verification

sund4d reserves the right to require KYC document verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), proof of residential address dated within the last three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is satisfied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sund4d supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sund4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion required is the Player's sole responsibility and at the Player's expense.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts held by family members, friends, or associates — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed where technically possible, or credited only after full KYC verification confirming the source.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in the same legal name as the sund4d account. sund4d processes the majority of withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes of approval; however, processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays, high-volume periods, or when additional KYC verification is required. sund4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above a certain threshold before processing, particularly in connection with anti-money-laundering obligations.

4.4 Currency & Denomination

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Amounts are displayed using standard Indonesian numeral formatting. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the denomination of any wager before confirming it. sund4d accepts no liability for wager amounts placed due to a Player's misunderstanding of the displayed denomination.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers made available on the sund4d platform — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day — are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms take precedence with respect to that specific promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Player's Bonus Balance may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds restrictions, and validity periods are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Not all games on the platform contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sportsbook wagers may contribute at reduced rates as stated in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

sund4d employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing offsetting bets across accounts or with other operators to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage or "arbing"); using a bonus to wager on low-variance games or bet combinations that hedge the outcome; and participating in collusion with other Players to exploit promotional terms. Detection of any bonus abuse behavior will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Platform Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

sund4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. A Player's continued participation in an active promotion after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised promotion terms. Bonuses that have not yet been claimed at the time a promotion is withdrawn will be cancelled without compensation.

6 Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers

sund4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where a wager appears to be placed based on inside information, where the offered odds or game parameters were published in error, or where the maximum liability of the platform would be exceeded. Wager confirmation via the platform interface does not guarantee that the wager will be settled if one of these conditions subsequently applies.

6.2 Error Correction

In the event that incorrect odds, game parameters, pay tables, or togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) prize structures are displayed due to a technical error, sund4d reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant Player accounts. Players who have already received a payout based on erroneous odds or parameters may be required to return the erroneous portion of the payout. sund4d will make reasonable efforts to communicate any such corrections promptly.

6.3 Sportsbook Specific Rules

All sportsbook wagers are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, including rules relating to void conditions (e.g., event cancellation, abandonment, postponement), push conditions, and settlement procedures. Asian handicap (voor bola — the spread handicap format popular among Indonesian bettors) bets, mix parlay accumulators, and live in-play bets are each subject to additional sport-specific rules accessible within the sportsbook section of the platform. In all cases, sund4d's decision on the settlement of a sporting event bet is final.

6.4 Provably Fair Games

All casino games available on sund4d — including slot games by Pragmatic Play, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and other certified providers — use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios using physical dealing equipment. sund4d does not alter, manipulate, or interfere with game outcomes in any way.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the sund4d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent KYC stage.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 or while registered on a self-exclusion list.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, extract data, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Exploiting any software bug, platform vulnerability, or technical error to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation are null and void.
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement that manipulates the outcome of any event offered on the sportsbook.
• Using the sund4d platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits to avoid transaction reporting thresholds.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent transaction reversals through any payment processor in relation to sund4d deposits.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing sund4d staff members via any communication channel.
• Sharing account access with any third party, including allowing another person to place wagers using your account credentials.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the sund4d platform — including but not limited to the sund4d brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of sund4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without the express prior written consent of sund4d.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their respective licensing arrangements with sund4d.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

sund4d collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and forms an integral part of the agreement between the Player and sund4d. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by sund4d — including name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, email address, bank account details, and transaction records — is used exclusively for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support delivery, and the provision of services on the platform. sund4d does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third-party advertisers.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty

The sund4d platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sund4d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any of its features. Temporary downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, third-party provider outages, or Force Majeure events.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sund4d excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or anticipated winnings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruption; or failure of a third-party payment processor to credit funds within the expected timeframe.

10.3 Cap on Direct Liability

In any event where sund4d is found liable to a Player under these Terms, the maximum aggregate liability of sund4d to that Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their sund4d account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Player Responsibility for Wager Decisions

All wagering decisions made by a Player are made at that Player's own risk and discretion. sund4d does not provide betting tips, investment advice, or any representation as to the likely outcome of any event. Players are solely responsible for the consequences of their wagering decisions. Gambling involves risk and there is no guarantee of profit.

11 Account Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player

A Player may close their sund4d account at any time by submitting a written closure request via live chat or email to [email protected]. Prior to account closure, the Player must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus Balance funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has already been fully satisfied.

11.2 Termination by sund4d

sund4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) sund4d has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct; (c) the Player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months and holds a zero balance; or (d) sund4d is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory directive.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account by either party, all active bonus funds and pending wagers placed in violation of these Terms will be voided. Real-money balances remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to sund4d will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law and the internal rules of sund4d as an internationally licensed platform operator.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and sund4d, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting sund4d customer support via live chat or email. The support team will endeavor to resolve all legitimate disputes within 5 business days of the initial complaint being logged.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the Player's initial complaint, sund4d's decision — made after a full review of all relevant account data, transaction logs, and communication records — shall be final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the platform's internal operations, bet settlement, and bonus administration. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

13 Amendments to These Terms

sund4d reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sund4d will notify Players via a notice displayed on the platform upon login, or via email to the address registered on the Player's account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the sund4d platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and submit an account closure request as described in Clause 11.1. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any updates.

Amendments will not apply retroactively to wagers that were placed and settled prior to the effective date of the amendment, unless the amendment is required to correct a material error or to comply with an applicable legal or regulatory obligation.
